Primary Check-In
Check-in starts at 8:00 AM. Early arrivals are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please present a valid ID and the credit card used for booking upon arrival.
Verification Requirements
Guests must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID along with vehicle registration upon arrival.
Operational Hours
Check-in Window: 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please note we do not offer check-in after 11:00 PM. Front Desk Hours: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM) and Sat-Sun (9:30 AM – 11:00 PM).
Departure Protocol
Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

In accordance with the Accommodation Sector Registration of Guests Act, 2021, all guests must provide their name, address, and vehicle information upon arrival. This information is kept on file for security and provincial compliance.
